Starting fares between nine cities

One-way starting fares for a 7-seat Alphard / Vellfire, including tolls, border and parking fees. Rows are pickups, columns are drop-offs; fares are the same in both directions.

What affects the price?

Cross-border cars are priced per vehicle per route — the fare is the same for one passenger or six, so groups save the most.

• Vehicle: the Lexus LM executive is roughly twice the 7-seater fare.
• Time: departures between 22:00 and 07:00 add HK$100.
• Return: a return trip is twice the one-way fare.
• Waiting and extra stops: billed by time or number of stops.

Trips between mainland cities

Trips that don’t cross a border, such as Shenzhen to Guangzhou or Guangzhou to Foshan, are still one car door to door. They are priced by distance and time — send your date, time and addresses on WhatsApp for a quote.

Private car vs train vs cross-border coach

For one or two people travelling light, the train or a cross-border coach is cheapest. With three or more people, older travellers, kids or heavy luggage, a private car often works out better once you count taxis, transfers and time — and it goes door to door.
